Today marks the beginning of pride month. Though many of us are still under some form of covid restriction, there are still many ways to celebrate and act.
Remember the brave
This Pride Month, we remember those who fought for the freedoms we cherish.We honour their braveness with actions today that protect and progress equality.
We remember those in the LGBTQ+ community who suffer at the hands of regimes that punish and torture.We remember our trans and non-binary members who live in a world ill-prepared to include them.
This Pride, let's spread love, inclusion, community and togetherness.
